Pool Guidelines

 

 

All owners and guests are invited to enjoy the use of the Thunderbird pool and adjoining Pavilion area. Weather permitting, the pool is open year-round from 9 a.m. until dusk.

 

Use of the pool is governed by our Deed of Restrictions, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and State Laws. These are applicable year-round and we do  not have separate rules and regulations on a seasonal basis.

 

Please familiarize yourself and your guests with the Park’s rules and the posted signage regarding use of the pool (see below). These rules are in place for everyone’s safety and for the enjoyment of everyone.

 

Please close any open umbrella when you are finished using them for the day, please place all trash in receptacles, and keep all gates closed after entering or exiting.

 

During times and on days when the forecast temperature is to be below 70 degrees, the pool may be covered and access is restricted for that day.

 

Just a reminder that children under the age of 16 are not allowed to enter the pool area without an adult family member present with them during the entirety of their stay. Hours for children are posted at the pool. Please respect the use of the pool by all owners, especially new owners and
guests.

 

Mary Copeland instructs Water Aerobics every weekday morning 9:30 a.m. as weather permits from mid October to mid May. Hour long classes include a warm up, exercise and a cool down. Exercises change each day through the week. (As of 11.05.2024)
