If you are a new homeowner, or current one and have not registered for this website, click on the link below to register and receive approval for access to the remainder of this site. Upon receiving your access approval email, log in and create your password to view the content available only to owners.
 
If you are a renter, you are ineligible to register for his site, however, we have created a page titled "Info For Renters" that you should access to find valuable information about the Park.

Board of Directors Meeting & Workshop Notice

Thunderbird Park is incorporated as Thunderbird Services, Inc., a registered 55+ Resident-Owned Community
 
Our seven member Board of Directors hold regular meetings and workshops, with minutes posted on this website once they are approved at subsequent meetings. Meetings (excluding Executive Sessions) are open to all homeowners and are available online via Zoom. Meetings notices are announced when scheduled by posting on the Clubhouse entrance, sending a community email, and posting in the Chatter when available. 
 
The annual meeting is held in January, at which time directors are elected on a rotating basis (3 some years, 4 other years). Persons wishing to run for the board must submit their resumes and intent to run in early December.

  Monday thru Thursday 
9:00 a.m. to Noon.

Events, Clubs and Activities

 
Thunderbird has a variety of recreational activities, events, and clubs for homeowners to enjoy.
We have our swimming pool, shuffleboard, bocce, horseshoes, bingo, and several game and card groups. Our clubhouse has a library, owner accessible laptop and printer, and a pool table. Our Women's Club and Men's Club stage a variety of events and meals. Our Entertainment and Activities Committee offers social events and several dances each year with live entertainment. Our homeowners enjoy special events such as craft fairs, lessons, and our Annual Trash and Treasure event that aids the community.

Important Information to Know

The speed limit in the Park is 15mph.
 
Our gate off of Pine Ridge requires an opener, available for purchase in the Clubhouse Office.
 
We publish a Chatter newsletter, available in print and online forms 10 months of the year.
 
We offer WiFi internet connection service through WiFi Corporation. Receiver antennas and access devices are available for purchase through that firm.
